Conditions for Returns
- Returns will only be accepted if the product(s) are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- If a product is faulty or defective upon arrival, it may be returned for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged (including during return transit) will not be eligible for refund unless confirmed to be defective.
- Returns must be authorized in advance. Please request a Customer Returns Form from our support team.
- No returns will be accepted after 5 days of delivery.
- A refund will not be issued without proper return authorization.
Important Notes
- If you place an order and later refuse delivery for any reason (at the local post office, courier, customs, or border control), no refund will be issued for the returned goods.
- You are responsible for all customs fees and import charges associated with your return.
Voucher Codes
Any promotional or compensation voucher code issued by an Cosmofillers.com representative will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Once expired, the code will be non-redeemable under any circumstances. You will receive the voucher code and expiry date by email — please take note of the deadline.

Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and received in our warehouse, please allow 3 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account before contacting our support team.
